Hopefully his parents and/or advisors will dissuade him from signing with the Angels. If he has the talent that they say he should do better than a 12th round pick in three years when he next is draft eligible. Plus he likely would be assigned to a low level Class A team far away from friends/family riding a bus from small town to small town. Does a 17/18 year old desire this experience? Come play for the Hokies!
